Any issues making 375 Ruger from 416 Ruger brass?

Who would have thunk that brass for even less popular rounds like the 375 Ruger would be unavailable.

Saw some 416 Ruger brass for sale. Anyone tried forming 416 to 375? Issues?

I have a 375 Ruger, but have not had to use 416 brass. I would try one and see what happens. If it was me, I'd give it a light coat of Imperial sizing wax and just run it through.
If it doesn't work or you get a folded neck, you might try running it into the 375 about 1/2 of the neck first, then pulling it out so the expander button smooths out the neck and keeps the brass flowing the direction it is supposed to. Then run it all the way in to finish it.

I have taken 8x57 Mauser brass and converted to 9.3x57. The 9.3 chamber had the shoulder way to far forward, so I opened up the cases to .416 a step at a time, then ran them into the 9.3 sizing die to establish a new shoulder. I may have lost 1 case out of 50 while stepping up too far too fast.

When I built my 30-378 Wby, all I could find was 338-378 Wby. I just lubed the cases and sized them down in one pass without any problems.
