I would like to see a model 39 and also a nice 94 with Walnut stock case hardening in 357 with a 16 1/2 inch barrel octagon drilled and tapped for receiver sight.

    A smokeless-rated Ballard.

All the "upgrades" for the things we typically rip out of the lever actions - no cross bolt safeties, solid firing pins, beefed up ejectors.

Tapped tangs for receiver sights as standard.

Some greater study into "tactical" leverguns. I'd like to see auto pistol calibers and either a left-side loading port for more ergonomic feeding for a right-hander in the shoulder or a 6:00 loading port for righty/lefty indifference.

Same as above, but in a pump.
    WWJMBD?

In the Land of Oz, we cast with wheel weight and 2% Tin, Man.

I would love to have an 1894 in .40 S&W. Shouldn't be a problem to create one.
    Currently casting and loading: .32 Auto, .380 Auto, .38 Special, 9X19, .357 Magnum, .257 Roberts, 6.5 Creedmoor, .30 WCF, .308 WCF, .45-70.

Add me to the list clamoring for a .327 in the 1894CL. I want a carbine that does not weigh so much it should come with wheels. (Yeah Henry, I'm talking to you.)

I wish they would the make the rifle barrels and chambers in 45 colt and 44 mag that worked with the same diameter cast as Ruger handguns.

I’m not overly excited about any new guns. The only thing I can say is Ruger is generally better at putting out product with bugs already out. Much better QC & CS. The old model guns are gone. No more milled parts. The new models are only look alikes.

A plain, straight grip 336 with matte finish and uncheckered birch furniture in 30-30 at $400 would sell like hotcakes and be a good start. Then I want an 1894CL in .41 Magnum or 44-40 and a 336 Cowboy in 38-55 and a 336A 24" in 25-35......

Trappers and "Guide Guns" in both 30-30 Winchester and 35 Remington.

    Cowboy/Octagon models out the yazz.

And 1894 in 41 mag again.

    Oh, and quality...

    I Wish Marlin Would Make...
Another run of those delightful .32 H&R 1894's. The shorter bbl. as in the .357's would be perfect, D&T'd for a receiver peep and without that "safety" button. Straight grip of course and with the old style front sight hood.

And while they're at it...reintroducing the M39 "Mountie" would ring my bell as well. I gave my 1965 version to my #1 son 35 years ago and have missed it ever since. The shorter bbl. & straight grip make more sense to me than the pistol grip and longer bbl. on the regular M39.

The .338 with checkering, deep blue and color case hardening, a long octagonal to tapered round barrel, half magazine, cast rifling, tang peep...
    Dream on!

A 336A (24" barrel) Octagon would be ideal, but I'd settle for round. in 25-36 Marlin. And while they're at it, one in 219 Zipper. Lol, I just got a set of dies at a gunshow.

    I'll second the 327 FedMag.

And anything in the original large action 1895.
