May try track of the wolf for 50/70 and cut it down or buy direct from Starline. Frank

It looks like Huntington Die Specialties has 50-70 brass in stock.

I have had good results with cutting down Starline .56-50 Spencer cases.

Starline 56-50 is closer to the right length and even works in some guns. Not likely to be more plentiful than 50-70 but you never know.

    Todd,

I doubt the .50/70 brass is in stock. I've seen the brass shown as available, ordered it, and then called to pay for the item and been told that it really isn't in stock.
If you look, it's coming from Starline, and they are back ordered. I'm on the list to be notified when it's once again available.
If Starline (which is what Huntington's is selling) is showing their brass as unavailable, I don't think they would be shipping it unless they are shipping to suppliers first, and then direct to customers later.
Oddly enough, .50/90 brass IS available, but I don't have a trimmer that will cut .50 cal brass (yet).
Best of Luck to the OP in finding suitable brass for the .50 Remington pistol!

    -Tom
