Question Need Help Rifle Magazine ID

OK I have had this for a really long time, and at one point I am certain I actually owned the rifle , no mag catch notch on the back like a Squires Bingham it has a mag catch on the side as evidenced from the photos.

The mag is for a 22 LR ... Any help would be appreciated

It looks like it could be for the Unique, carbine/pistol unit that was marketed by Firearms International back in 60s.

Thanks for the help someone helped me ID it correct , its for an HK 270 which I did indeed own at one point back in the 80's sold it over 20 years ago. I am taking this as a lesson to label things so I know what they are ...
