    sightron rifle scopes???

made a heck of a trade on a rem 700 classic in 8 mauser. Not a caliber that was on my short list. matter of fact never owned one and probably wouldnt have if this deal wouldnt have came. It came with a 3x9 sightron scope. Way to shinny gloss blue. Dont know a thing about them. Are they decent or are they tasco material??

Like all scope companies, they make a variety of grades. The upper ones are good/decent.

id guess by looking at it its an entry level model. Cant stand gloss scopes anyway so it will probably end up in the junk box.

Lloyd I've got one on 22/250 S1 3-9x40, not junk by any stretch but equal to other $150 scopes, think Weaver classic V's and I have 3-4 of those. I can not give any feed back on recoil other than 22-250 level recoil.

that isnt the same scope as what i have. Mine is gloss and has a different design on the power selector. Must be an older model.
