Shooter's World Heavy Pistol is supposed to be as close to Accurate #9 as different lots of it would be to each other. I've used both and actually had better groups with the Shooter's World. Maybe since they make it themselves (Lovex) it's got tighter quality control . . . don't know. I've used both for any magnum or large capacity pistol cartridge from 357 mag up to 454 Casull with great accuracy, velocity and clean burning.

820 (Reclaimed military with AA#9 burning rate) is my favorite in .41 & .44 Magnum for hunting loads. Works well in both revolvers (Smith 57 & two Rugers), as well as my Marlin 1894S in .41 Mag. Chrono'd loads show it to be within 1/2 grain of #9, slightly slower burning in other words. Best Regards, Rod

I use it in 30 Carbine and 357 Mag, and might try it in 300BO.
