I am looking for Winchester W748 powder. I am down to my last pound. I will pay cash or if someone is interested, I can trade CCI Small Pistol Primers or hard lead. It would have to be face to face here in the St Louis area due to the constraints of shipping primers and powder.

You can read all the stuff online, in the magazines and in books and buy into the hypothesis but if you don't actually load up and test them then you know nothing until you do.
