Its 50/95. I just bought a Uberti Presidio in .50/95, was able to find a set of rcbs dies at Graf and sons. Got some Jamison 50/95 brass on gunbroker last month, so I'm good to go.

Always wanted one. I'd have to restock it with a shotgun buttstock.

I put a leather stock cover on my 86's and other 76, and I had it made to convert it to shotgun style. It added an inch or so of LOP, which worked great for me. Far cheaper than restocking. Unless of course you want to.

I got mine less than a year ago off of an on-line auction for well under retail, I use RCBS dies, Starline 50AK brass, and Accurate 51-350CL mold.

Excellent rifles, I put a tang peep sight on mine and a white dot front. Load with 5744 powder behind an Accurate bullet that I can't remember the number of.

    veeman,
Who made the cover for the 1886? My crescent stock beats the heck out of me unless I chicken wing it when shooting.
Does that cover have anything behind it to fill in the crescent?
