Looking to shoot sized down soft cast 457124 solid round nose and 457122HP through my 16" Ruger American 450BushMaster. Bullets are powder coated and sized at .4525, anyone have any data that will put me in the 12-1400 fps neck of the woods? I did the google search, but did not come up with much. Overall seated length for both bullets will have to be about 2.112 - 2.114 to ensure proper feeding from the magazine and I do wish them to feed from the magazine. At that length both bullets feed pretty good. Seated any longer and the bullets will not chamber anyway. Ruger sure gives plenty of unusable magazine length on these guns. Thanks for any and all suggestions.
