Search 'Winchester 1895 assembly' on youtube.

There's a few videos of disassembly & assembly there.

The NRA Firearms Assembly Rifles book has a diagram for a Win 95 lever action. If this is the same rifle. Let me know and I'll scan and send you a PDF copy of those 2 pages.

Here’s a video that shows most of what you need.

The gentleman who made it did a complete series of videos on restoring an old Russian contract Winchester Model 95 chambered for 7.62X54.

Minerat, Winger Ed, and ATCDoktor, I'll take help from all of you. Not being greedy but have had the old girl in pieces with all the parts in an old Speer bullet box for years. So my heartful thanks to all of you. And Minerat yes I would very much like to get the PDF files for the Winchester 1895 rifle if you would be so kind to send them. Will send you an e-mail as in a PM. Again, thanks. Frank

I found this manual to be a life saver when I decided to disassemble and clean my 1895 SRC. HTH

Well didn't get to try to put the old gorl back together. Had to return some stuff at lowe's, pick up some meds and other stops. Paid for it though. My right knee is killing me and my right arm as well. Being right handed doesn't help. But do wish to thank all who helped me out. Your help is very much appreciated. Frank
