    Paper shot shells

Over the years, I have "accumulated" a number of paper shot shells. Do these have any collector value, or are they just shooters?

    These are just loose shells.

As posted by John Boy if they were a full box in an extra nice box they would have collector interest. Singly, not so much. Last I looked Federal still makes paper hull shotgun shells. Gp

Probably only valuable as shooters. No full box. About ten years ago, I started hunting again and here's a box of 12 guage #6 paper in my ammo can so it went dove hunting. No doubt from the 60s and every round fired and I killed a fair amount of doves for me despite the #6 shot/beagle

At the club people shoot the old stuff from time to time, I usually scrounge the old hulls / turn in ammo, cut them down, and make refrigerator magnets out of them. Yeah, kind of weird, but they are popular party favors.Attachment 274720
