    What's your NEW YEARS RESOLUTION - 2021 ?

    I haven't made one in many years...kinda hesitant to make one this year . . . . but . . . . why not?

"I resolve to make better notes about reloading & related things in the shop and try not to loose them anymore."

I'll prolly break this resolution in no time but if it works...it'll sure be helpful.

You make one? Wanna share it?

Get some of those gun projects done instead of procrastinating.

Lose weight (100 lbs would be good!!)

This, plus to finally build that reloading room and bench big enough to mounts up some of the cool old tools I've collected. Right now, my stuff in my steel building is so diorganized I can't keep track of things and it'll also be nice to have a climate controlled place to reload.

Mine is ...Shoot more Rifle caliber boolits !

It's a long story ...the short version is, until a couple months ago, I haven't shot any Rifle caliber boolits since 2017 (yeah, I've shot a bunch of 41 Mag in leverguns, but that's not what I'm talking about)

To listen more to what my wife tells me ... and try to ignore the voices in my head more .
Those guys in my head have been known to make poor choices ... especially involving food eaten right before bed time .
The candied jalapeno0's on cream cheese with crackers last night was a classic "poor food" decision .

When the wife say's ..."You're not going to eat that this late are you ? "... don't listen to them !

I would like to complete the downsizing of guns and reloading stuff I no longer need.

My new MUCH smaller reloading shop is 90% done and I am loving it. No longer need to trudge to the outbuilding for some "quality time". Walk to the basement and I am there.

My main goal is to become adept (3/4" or better 10 shot groups at 50 yards) using a .22 PCP rifle I just purchased and shedding most of my .22LR guns and ammunition. A secondary goal is to produce my own pellets for the gun and never worry about .22 shortages again.

Depending on the challenges of becoming an adequate air gunner, the other shooting goal is to enter the world of cast rifle rifle shooting with one of the .308's I have. Goal with cast in the .308 will be 1.5" for 10 shots at 100 yards.

I keep making the same resolution every year. And that is, to not make one. I'm batting a 100% and have been for numerous years.

Last year was basically all work around my place. This year it is 50/50 work and playing with my guns. Have to finish my pistol range and build the rifle range along with finishing my reloading room.

To not watch the national news.....I'm sick of Covid and politics......all the real information I need I will get from this forum.....
When guns are outlawed only criminals and the government will have them and at that time I will see very little difference in either!
