    I could do a trade.
Swaging. Keeping the 40's running for the price of .22's
and .223 bullets for a fraction of a cent!

I'm getting ready to smelt 200 pounds of roof flashing and pipe lead. I'd be happy to do some trading.

If priced right, I'd buy a box.

I can do a box. Plumbers lead from 5 pound cakes, and lead flashings. Fluxed and in 1 pound bars.

Springfield has asked the OP for pictures and I asked the OP IF these are all lead clip-on wheel weights, neither of us has gotten a response.
It shows that the OP was on CB at 6:30 last night and didn't respond to either of our questions.

This worries me when a new member isn't forthcoming on information, what also concerns me is the OP is buying hard lead when quenched coww that he already has would do the same thing.

He is supposedly sending me a box (67#) clip-on wheel weights, I will send him the same amount of pure lead that there are lead COWW in the box.

I have a milk crate full of pure Pb ingots already smelted down, and two sailboat keels and some lead pipe. Having already smelted the lead in the ingots, I'd then be facing smelting your wheelweights as well, so I'd be better off swapping the keels and pipe, but for economy of packing, I'll go pound for pound, my ingots for your loose weights IF they are lead based and not zinc or steel.

Truck weights! I always loved it when I have a lot of those in a batch. More lead, fewer clips.

Sorry guys I have found all of the soft lead I will need for I’m guessing a lifetime barring a dive into making my own jacketed bullets but I honestly don’t see that happening anytime soon I work to much to do much of this as it is lol (7 1/2 years until retirement) thanks for all of the interest
