Cool reduced loads & accurate 4100

I found a pound of this in our lgs awhile back for a good price. Knowing loadbook showed it's use, it followed me to the house. What I'm wondering is can this powder be down loaded like 2400, or is it more like 296, follow the posted data. Was thinking bout reducing it 10 % from listed for a plinker with 311410 in a 300 BLK & to fire form brass in a Ruger ranch, if it ever gets here.
Gun control 1ST ROUND ON TARGET.

Best thing to do is contact the mfg. They have people that can tell you whether you can or not. I would not take any advice off of the internet. You may blow up your gun or face!
Boolits !!!!! Does that mean what I think it do? It do!
