I’m lucky enough to shoot guns for a living, so I’ll shoot 6-8k a month for work and then at least another 1-2k for myself... I’m easily shooting upwards of 150k-250k a year

Most of it 9mm with some 223 mixed in..

I know when I first got my Ruger PC9 I shot almost 6-700rounds a day in it of the MP 135hp for PC sized to .358 over 3.8grn of bullseye

I have rimfire understudies for my hunting and defense guns, so I would guess I shoot around 1000 centerfire of all types annually nowadays. I also wark two jobs so reloading time is way down.
    Currently casting and loading: .32 Auto, .380 Auto, .38 Special, 9X19, .357 Magnum, .257 Roberts, 6.5 Creedmoor, .30 WCF, .308 WCF, .45-70.

I will shoot 300 centerfire rounds a week average in rifles and pistols.

I shoot between 300 to 500 a week at my gun club. May have to slow down because of lack of primers. I only have about a years worth.

    2. 2 rounds per year. Maybe 3 but no more than 4. Once at NYE and once at July 4th, I pull my edc and cap off a round or two just to make sure it wouldn't have left me standing there with a click sound and no gunfire.
Got a .22 .30 .32 .357 .38 .40 .41 .44 .45 .480 or .500 S&W cylinder that needs throats honed? 9mm, 10mm/40S&W, 45 ACP pistol barrel that won't "plunk" your handloads? 480 Ruger or 475 Linebaugh cylinder that needs the "step" reamed to 6° 30min chamfer? I shoot about 100 rounds a week on average, but the standard deviation is pretty large, some weeks are zero and some 400-500.

When I competed in IPSC, LE Combat shooting and early 3-Gun it was 20-20K a year. Stopped competing in 1995 to do more training of others.

    Now I run 2-3K a year...so about 10% of what I used to...

I usually shoot 2500 to 3000 rounds a year between rifle and handgun. This year about 500. I have not shot rimfire much since the shortage. Instead, I plink with 32 S&W Long and 32-20 both of which are a lot more fun than rimfire. I will cut back some until reloading supplies return to normal.

I probably average 100 rounds per week, so about 5000 each year. Lack of primers may curtail that a bit in the coming year . . . hope not!

Shooting a bit less since components became scarce - probably 2000/month 9mm/223 before.

Before the CCP virus I was shooting 400-500 rounds a week.

That's been cut way down for the time being.

Depends on the year. Last year I shot a five gallon bucket full of 44 mag, plus everything else. This past year, I shot maybe a large ammo can full of 45 acp.

3-4000 per year normally. The past 12 months, only about 400. Really slowing down until primers normalize some. Thought I had plenty and still do, just don't know how long this drought will continue.

But I have upped my 22 shooting quite a bit over the same time frame. It's all good.
