ID:	271761 my wife got this nice buck on nov 2nd at 6:55am. She had only been in the stand about 10 minutes before I heard her shoot. Nice double lung and heart shot at about 120 yards with her 7mm-08, the deer dropped in its tracks

    7mm-08 is such a nice cartridge, 7 is bigger than 6 or 6.5

    I really think the 7-08 is under rated! If I didn't lust over a Ruger 77 in 280 Rem more than 30 years ago, I would be matching my brother's Winchester Featherweight in 7-08! For any hunting in my lifetime, 7-08 would be fine. Cast I still have .357 Max, 8 x 57, and .358 Win! hc18flyer
