Looks like a full set of 308 swage dies to me .
Should be a wire cutter , one die to swage the core into the jacket at about .304 and 1 to form the ogive and base while swaging up to 308 . There may or may not be a point forming die for SP/exposed lead tip .

What press they fit , ectect. Watched a few videos but not very detailed.
