spring source for Cold woodsman maganzine

Any suggestions? I can't find a replacement spring for a colt woodsman.

might be just as hard to find but what about a hi standard mag spring

Its been close to thirty years since I had a Woodsman, and I can't remember if the magazine spring is a round coil or if it is a rectangular coil like in a 1911.

Have you tried Wolff?

Failing that, I have read that First Model Woodsmans and High Standard Model B magazines will interchange. Never had a first Model to try it with when I had a B.

As a last resort, you could maybe try a magazine spring for some other autoloading .22, like a Ruger.

Wolf has replacement mag springs for Colt Woodsman and High Standard. I rebuilt all of mine, over a dozen.

If you can't find them check out the Beretta Neos mags for a spring. I have been using Beretta Neos magazines in my Colt Targetsman for years now and they fit and work perfect.

I had some Kart conversion magazines that I wanted to get springs for. In conversation with Wolff they offered a generic 22 magazine spring. You may want to pursue that if all else fails.
