Greetings, I have been enjoying your post, very nice. Can you please give details of the load:
    A. Slug weight.
    B. Powder and charge.
    C. Primer used, Fed 209A, CCI 209M etc
    D. Velocity fps.
    E. Hull size 2 3/4 or 3 inch
The color coding looks good to the eyes but wonder what it would do leaving those colors in the barrels.
Does any of you have the 20 gauge version and how good do they perform.

If I am asking for the load data etc, I personally do not need it don't even have that mold, but to help fellow shooter out.

    Thanks for sharing it.

    .

Coatings don't leave anything in the barrels, not even lead, that's the whole idea.

I did and I filmed it. However, 4 out of 5 shots where light primer strikes so I have to refilm the vid. Accuracy was great at 50 yards with Longshot.

Nice look forward to seeing the video! Longshot is what I will use with a roll crimp, got 300 casted up and powder coated. What were your powder charges?

I put the slugs in a ziplock bag with some airsoft Bb’s and then put them in my brass vibrating tumbler for 15 mins. Came out so good, looks like I painted them. As always, I’ll report back with results.

Nice PC job! What blue is that? I can't wait to finally locate a Twister mold in stock!

The plastic BB's in the zip-lock bag worked so well because they are made from PVC, which gains the 3rd highest amount of negative ion charges (after Teflon and Silicon, respectively) and makes the PC 'stick'.

I use a 3in PVC pipe with ends caps, then sit it on the rolling rock tumbler bars for 5 minutes.
I have 3 of these PVC pipe setups so that I can PC more than one color at a time.
Less than 5 minutes to rinse, clean, dry then repeat.
