I believe there is some sort of screw that secures into the front of the arbor.

It is not a pepper box, it is a fantasy revolver with no barrel just a long cylinder held on by a bolt.

Chambers measure 367 x 5 and one at 368. That pretty much means a patched .360 ball or two only, yes...which is 000 buck?

How about some homebrew rifling, is that possible?

    Should be do-able.

I've got a Bond O/U derringer in .410/.45 Colt with rifling in the last 1/2" or so of the barrels.
I don't know how much it helps, but it doesn't seem to hurt either.

With a .360 ball and a .005 patch, will I be able to cram them in the cylinders with just a starter? I would assume so, since I can start a .490 ball with a .005 patch by hand, but I'm .003 smaller and no grooves and lands, so.... are there .004 or .003 patches?

Wait....what if I patched a .358 projo for a centerfire gun? That'd bring me to about bore size, .367. Still wonder if I'd get a round hole or rectangle hole. 360 RB weighs 72ish grains, so two would weigh the same as a 140gr SWC from a 38 special.

Maybe a .375 round ball, started with a small mallet and run home with a short starter...
