    A thumbs up for Vortex

I have several of the Crossfire II scopes. The last one I got had a problem. I could not get the reticle to focus properly and the parallax seemed to be off a little. I have adjusted the parallax on several different brands in the same price range but couldn't quite get this one. Called the Vortex phone number provided in the box. It was answered by "Kathleen" (SP?). I could hear and understand her easily; something that is not to be taken for granted these days. She knew her business. After a few questions she said I needed to send the scope back. She got my email address and in a few minutes I had a prepaid priority mailing label. I boxed up the scope, taped on the label and off to the P.O. it went. In about a week I got an email saying they had received the scope. In about a week I got another saying a scope was on its way to me. A little over another week and I had a package from Vortex. A note inside said my old scope had a "bent objective bell." Included was a new Crossfire II scope. On to my rifle, some adjustments with the bore scope and off to the range. Parallax was perfect. A few tweaks to sight in and I was back in business. Yes, best would have been to have not had any problems to start with, but with any manufacturing operations, sometimes a bad one gets through. I like how Vortex handled this problem.

Good to know, thanks for posting.
I think Vortex and Henry have some of the best U.S. customer service programs in the industry.
