    My sister

    About a month ago I asked for prayer here . My sister Susan had fallen in the bathroom and fractured a hip she had already had a replacement on . She's 74 years old and has a lot of health problems .
    She had her surgery day before yesterday . She is stable after the surgery for now . Due to the surgery and other physical problems she will have to go to a therapy type nursing home for at least six weeks so she can be monitored . If the therapy is successful she will have the other hip replaced in six months .

    I still ask for prayer in her situation . She's in a tenuous health condition right now . Due to the policies of the hospital and the nursing home she will go to because of the virus I can't visit her . Plus she's in Fort Worth , about a hundred miles from me . Though I can talk to her on the phone it's not the same as in person .

    I still seek prayer for her and thank you for considering her .

    Yes, the Covid thing has put visitation restrictions on hospitals, nursing homes and the like. I will pray for Susan's situation and that the Great Physician will give her a supernatural touch and she will be healed from this latest surgery. Even though you can't physically be there for her, the Holy Spirit can be!

    This is a tough one for you Boaz. Praying that Susan's therapy goes well and she gets released sooner than later.

    Shes in my prayers also. My daughter and son in law got me and his father smart phones on their plan so we can live video chat with them and the grandsons. Not the same as in person but better than just a phone line. Just a little something to consider.

    Father God. I lift up Susan to you this morning. be with her and give her the healing that she needs. I pray that you will be with the doctors and care givers so they can provide the care that she needs. Be with our brother Charlie and give him the peace that he needs during this time when he is unable to be with his sister due to these trying times. I pray this in the name of your Son and our Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen
