I am going to miss James. He and I shared many conversations about Gas checks and Gas check dies. For someone in the biz, he sure was willing to share knowledge and not keep the secrets to himself.

My dad went through a roller coaster like that too before he died. I saw it coming right at the outset and the hardest part was that my mom held out hope until the very end. It is tough to let go.

Sagebrush was Dad's CB handle when he was driving trucks back around 1970 in California during a work slow down. He always used the nickname and we had another business named Sagebrush Services. He graduated from Garden Grove High School, became a union carpenter and later on worked as a construction superintendent for many years in Texas eventually getting into huge projects. He liked gun smithing and had a FFL for years selling custom firearms till he got too busy with the day job. He had an interesting life, built high rise skyscrapers all over the US as a lead superintendent. He had trouble walking last year and it just got worse from there.

Don't neglect medical check ups, catching things as early as possible can make a huge difference in your quality of life.
