Years ago I had a Blackhawk that I could throw with more accuracy than fire a .357 round, so I traded it for a 3 screw .41 Blackhawk at a Gun Show (back when you could do such a thing in CA). After several years of playing with it, here is the final results.
Thought you might like to see. The 7.5" barrel was made by Bo Clerke in Raton, New Mexico, the installation and octagon work was done by Ken Seden Firearms Machine Service in Kalispell, MT. Conetrol rings and bases holding a Ultradot red dot scope. Stockwork by yours truly, lacewood and cocobolo. Ace trigger shoe, hammer extension. Matte finish. I have had it to the range and ran about 90 rounds of 210gr
jacketed hp down the tube, just brake in. Shooting about 2"/5 shot groups @ 25 yds. A few more range days working on loads and then it will be off to chase some FL wild hogs.
