    50 cent Daisy Buck

Picked up a Daisy 105B Buck at a garage sale this weekend.

Figured why not the grandkids were coming over and they needed something to learn with.
Paid a whopping .50 cents for it. Lady at the sale said it was broke so it would make neat decor. Darn thing looks brand new.

It had toothpicks jammed in the bore and the cheap plastic loading gate is broke with the lip missing.
Pulled the toothpicks out of it and fixed the gate best I could to make it functional.

Thing shoots! Accurate enough to hit pop cans at about 5 yards.
Me and the grandkids had a real fun time with it, forgot a cheap bb gun could be so fun.

Interesting that a cheap daisy can put a smile on young kids faces and on mine.

    50 cents well spent?

I have two grandsons - so can I buy it off you for twice what you paid? Hahaha. Time spent with the grandkids is irreplaceable. Thanks for sharing the story.

Called daisy a couple weeks ago about the loading gate, replacement was $1.25 with $3 shipping.
Service rep said heck with it, give me your address and will ship it out to you free of charge.

4 days later new loading gate installed!

    Good people at Daisy!
