The reasons I have not sent anything are snow, cold and wind. It is puffing along at 20mph now and is supposedt to hit 30 -40 tomorrow. Do you have a moving target class?

I am shooting targets today. Late or what, I am going to get off my *** and shoot!

Been working 7 days. I finished a job on Sunday, so I have a little time. Today its going to be a 45 Smith and wesson 45 colt or K38, or both!

Since I have had only two entries, I guess I let this one go a bit long. Sunday the 8th deadline. Come on guys. We all like to shoot here.

How about one ending Feb 28? Same rules. Temp here is up to 40 but the wind is about 25 mph. I can handle that.

I shot yesterday. 38 was a sad story, but the Model 25 did what it always does. Targets are at work, I will scan them and post.

    Thanks for getting me out!

OK, S&W model 25 "Model of 1989" bought new in 1990.

Wrong target, but I printed some today and will go back tomorrow and shoot again!

I printed the proper targets. Couldn't do better than a 98. Here are the best 3 targets.

Same gun, model 25 S&W 45 colt, 9.0 Unique, cast RCBS 255 SWC. 2 handed hold, standing up, 50'. Merrit optical thingy. (Iron sights) 10 shot groups.

    Where did everybody go?

I went back today with the 45 auto freshly cleaned and shot a couple more. Still 98s, maybe a 99. No sense in posting it I guess.......

    452460, 3.5 Bullseye.

    I needed to get out!

    thanks

I'm giving it as much time as possible. There is very little participation. I'm gonna call this a wash real soon. If anyone wants in, now is the time. If there are no new entries soon, I'm calling it.

I have held a few postal matches, they do not get much participation. I Just like to shoot! Its easier for me to take a pic of the target than scan or mail it.

    Mabee I sceered em away?

I do appreciate you doing this!

Next one off hand rifle! What ever site you want.

Lunicy, sounds like a great idea, I just found this thread myself. If you want to run a Spring Match I would certainly be in. I've been on a winter break and need to get my rifles and loads worked in again for the coming year. I just had scope blocks installed on my 38-55 wall and I am going to shoot Black with breech seated boolitz. See how that fairs in a wide open class!

    Regards,
    Bill

Finally got to the range. It was crowded as all get out today. Long times between cease fires. I only shot 3 targets and I couldn't get 10 shots on a single one of them. I am officially the worst pistol shot in North America! Here it is anyway. Lee 452-228-1R lubed with Rooster Jacket over 4.2 of Bullseye. A stinkin' 75.

    Next time rifles please.

Thanks Imashooter2, I thought this thread died. I JUST bought a used custom ruger security six. I am going to try it out today. Got some targets printed up. One more time

I shot another target with my 45 auto, but not as good as the one with the 45 colt. Today its Seco Seaco? #50 wadcutter ahead of 3.2 of bullseye. We will see.....

Today I fired the Ruger security six 357. This was the best I could do off hand (two hands) @ 50'. Aimpoint thingy, 357446, LAR45 lube, 4.1 bullseye in 38 cases.

Musta fired 300 rounds this afternoon. Nothing like a new used gun to mess with.

I fired 3 of these targets. Remington HBWC shot the best by far, but I didn't cast those.

I've been shooting nothing but revolver for almost a year. But I'm signed up for the PSA Shootout in April and that is definitely an auto game. So I took the Kimber out on Saturday. With the performance I turned in, I'm rethinking. Six arrays of 30 falling plates should favor ten round magazines, but if I can't hit any of the damned things it could be a long afternoon.

I have never been in a postal match before.

Is it how it sounds, I shoot at a target and take a pic of it and post it here?

    What are the rules?
    Distance?
    Caliber?
    shots?

Read the thread. The target is available to be printed back a couple of pages or so.

50' handgun, one hand or two, no rest, standing. Any site. 10 Shots

    Ya got 4 more days.

If you want to you can mail them to the original poster. Contact him for an address.

    Thanks David,

If it is not too late I will shoot this weekend and mail my target in.
