Anyone familiar with this piece on a LEE press

I haven't mastered pics yet, I'll try, but here is the url to egay listing the case slider on a Pro 1000 Progressive. It's for taller shells like the .223. I have looked all over elsewhere, Leeprecision.com, modwayusa, etc. No findy. I haven't done anything with egay for eons, and I'm sure my CC info is expired on payal, and payal is antigun anyway. Biggest malfunction is I can't figure out how to update it anyway, I'm puter challenged pretty bad.

That is something that can be 3D printed, from online files. The STL file which is the basic version should be this one.

Actually, that one is for pistol brass. Let me look further.

    If you go to https://www.stlfinder.com/3dmodels/?...FEEDER+&free=0
and find one that is for .223 specifically, any of us with a 3D printer, can make it.

This one is supposed to be for .223.

My printer is down at the moment. Or I'd offer to make it today. My son keeps our printer working.

I got on Lee's site. That looks like their regular case slider. If you look at both of them in separate windows, one is definitely taller.

I am fresh out of ink in my 3D printer, but would give my left nut if someone did print one.

Edit to add. I clicked on the little link for instructions. I think you are correct. The next page shows separate "riser" pieces that can be added to the existing slider.

Hey, thanks dsltech, I missed that.

Dunno, could be, or is that the blank used to make your own. I don't see the holes for the z-bar.

That says 30 M1, I'm sure it's the carbine, but it seems it might work for the 223 case. They are not too far off.

I was trying to update my paypal through egay. I think I prolly need to go to paypal's site and do it there. I wasn't thinking.

Me thinks I found it. dsltech had it right, that was the part, it is an add-on piece. The pic I included, and congrats to me, the first time I posted a pic and it didn't come out sideways, appeared to be a one piece. Could this maybe be a laser printed piece. I noticed it also had 3 holes for the z-bar, LEE sliders only have two.

As much as I would like to order direct from LEE, their shipping is horrible IMHO, it's about the same $7 price everywhere, so just as well try to save on the shipping. Thanks all and thanks dsltech for making me take a second look.

It's bit confusing fo shizzle, but from LEE's site, it appears to be two piece. I ordered it from Titan, where it looks like it all come as one piece, or at least all put together for ya. I assumed one got this and added it to his existing slider bar. LEE is out of stock, that's odd. Figured everyone got them from LEE.

OP - Glad you found your instructions and the order with Titan should move you along your path.

You also stated in Post 11 : "LEE is out of stock, that's odd. Figured everyone got them from LEE." Fact is that Lee started posting on their website and related this Paraphase "Hey guys we are out of everything check with our distributors and retailers they might have it". This started coming from them many months ago then along came COVID and things got even goofier. Your best bets for Lee stuff right now is Titan or Midway because small and large items pop up on their websites frequently but relying on the factory for backup is a losing proposition for most items except for Lee's new product releases.
    regards,

I recently purchased this when I couldn't find my tall slider. This one works very well. It is a 2 piece design, mine came with a few parts and instructions. The tops just snap on and off, simple as can be.

Yep. This is on Lee's website now. I was having problems with 357 mag brass tipping over when it was pushed out from under the next casing in the tube. Spoke with a Lee rep and they suggested this pusher. Add the top section for tall cases, remove and just use the base pusher for shorter casings.

When I couldn't find my tall pusher I used one of the shorter one and added to it with JB Weld, crude but it worked and I didn't have to wait.
