I have up for sale an M1 Garand Stock Set (3 piece, “new” never installed, aftermarket). This stock comes from an estate sale, so I don’t know it’s history. It does not have a brand marked on it, but based on the way the inletting is machined at the rear of the receiver area, I believe that it is a Boyd’s stock. The stain is dark walnut. It had a piece of tape on it when I bought it, that when removed pulled off some stain, it will need to be color matched (see photo). Brownell’s has a Boyd’s M1 Garand set listed new at $197.00.

The cut at the rear is rounded.
It matches the cut on Boyd’s stock in this photo I found on the web.
