I picked up a Volquartsen MK III trigger kit on eBay. Volquartsen sells their blems and overstock through a store there.

For $60 I decided to give it a shot.

After three frustrating days I managed to get it put in and the pistol working. The solution for me was to also use a MK II bushing to get rid of the magazine safety.

I'm going to have to dig out my trigger scale and test this thing but it's REALLY light. No take up. No over travel.

Just a clean break and very short reset.

I wish I could get a 1911 trigger like that for $60.
