new boolit 275gr fn gc in 9.3x57

i finally got around to testing the 275gr fn gc with imr4895 in 9.3x57 at 100 yards. the ? (41.0gr) is my fault, i think i moved the gun when squeezing the trigger. and i forgot the chrony!!!!!!! i'm guessing 1800+/-fps.

dan makes a fine boolit, so all the applause goes to him.

    Nice loads, bullet and shooting.

Also, nice to learn of a source for commercial cast 9.3s. While jacketed and mold selection for 9.3 have been improving, greatly, of late; commercial cast continues very limited.

right now (i have to check), the bull shop is the only one that makes 9.3mm cast boolits. i think some other Canadian shop makes them, but i'm not sure.

The only other of which I am aware is Western Bullet, offering an NOE mold cast 280 grainer: http://westernbullet.com/noe3gr6.html

Even now that you have made it a three-way dilemma (Bullshop, Western, or a mold.), I think that I am leaning toward the mold. Options, though, are very nice to have.

someone (on this forum or another one?) said that western bullets went out of business....something about the son doesn't want to do it or some such.

Down to the one, then, in that case. That it is working so well for you is a compensation.
