People used to kid folks who lived in Oregon as having webbed feet because there was a lot of rain. Even the Univ. of Oregon's mascot is a duck. But the weather pattern has been changing, and although we still get rain it's not like it used to be. In fact, compared to the Oregon norm we've been in a drought. This year we've experienced wildfires beyond anything recorded in the past. Many lost homes and businesses. But yesterday and the night before it RAINED! The worst is now behind us for the fires.
JOB 5:10 He gives rain on the earth, And sends water on the fields,
Job 37:6 For to the snow He says, 'Fall on the earth,' And to the downpour and the rain, 'Be strong.'
He hears and answers our prayers.
Thank you, Father God, for sending the rain.
