I've used only 2 powders with 95-100 grain bullets, IMR 7828 and Reloder 22 and both work very well. With 75 grain bullets, I've tried 5 different powders and the best was H380 with IMR 4064 close behind. My gun is a Ruger American stainless with a 22 inch barrel.

Have good results with IMR 4350 and WW 748 (mag primer). Switched to them after H450 dried up.

I have always used the accuracy load listed in Lyman #45 for the 100 gr jacketed bullet . I use IMR 4320 with either a Nosler flat base 100 or the Sierra Pro Hunter and CCI BR primers . My sons and I have killed a ton of deer with this load and as far as I know never lost a one .

I'm a big IMR 4350 fan, but for a buddies .243, we always kept coming back to a full case of 4831, and compressed.

IMR 4350 has always worked well for me with 75-100 grain bullets. And, Larry Gibson is correct about that Speer 75 gr. HP - AWESOME varmint bullet!
