These are K-tron scales from the State of Indiana police lab. They come in hard cases.
I use these for counting brass and boolits along with other things. Simply put a sample of 10 or 20 on the scale follow instructions and then place your entire lot and it will tell you how many pieces you have. Will handle up to 1000 230 Gr boolits at one time.
33 Lbs x 7000 Gr = 231000 Gr also will allow for tare of your container
