I'm just wondering what some folks like to use with the MP 432-640L in the. 44mag.
For those not familiar, this is a lighter weight version of the MP 432-640 clone of the Lyman Devastator. 432640.

It's all chicken, even the beak!
I have one of those in brass. I have not cast with it yet but it sure looks like a very fine number.
I know one of my go to powders would be my top favorite HS6. Then 2400 and H110 for pure horsepower!
Best regards

Three powders I've used that have performed well are Unique@9 to 9.5g, Green Dot @9.0g and Trail Boss@7.g. My mould is a brass 4 banger and kicks out plain based boolits very well. The Unique and Green Dot loads are in the 1000 to 1100fps range, and the Trail Boss load clocks in at 775fps. I've been shooting these with WFFL or NRA 50/50, but now I'm gonna try some powder coated. Something about a purple boolit with a big hollow point, that "floats my boat"!
