Looks like a crown over something. Is this a European military revolver?
I believe it is a Belgian copy of a S&W revolver.
A less fuzzy picture would be very helpful.
Picture quality not withstanding,, it dosent look like anything Belgium I know of.
If its an eagle over a crown over a U,,, I believe it would be German.
