    lignum vitae, stainles steel and leather

    Hi Guys
    not much happening on this part of the forum so i thought iīd show
    a knife i finished last night. still have to oil the sheath some more.

    total length 235mm with a blade 115mm (diagonally from plunge to tip)
    scales are lignum Vitae or pokenholtz as itīs called here.
    steel i 12C27

    Nice build ya got there. I got a bunch of what i believe to be 5160 and plan on hammering out a full size bowie one of these days gonna have to find some elk sheds to make a handle kinda still thinking about final details

    Smithnframe, i grind my blades from a billet.
    Never tried forging.
