PC PB bullets

I am testing NOE #315's and running out of GC bullets (I just sold the mold) Has anyone tried pushing PB PC bullets as fast an as accurately as the same bullet that is GC and PC. Kevin

I have. I have a PB spire point mold that I PC and run up to 2000 fps in my M1 Garand. That was with Smoke's durable clear PC (dry tumble process). I size them to 0.309 before and after PC. I also PC without gas checks for my SMLE (0.303), Mauser (7.65) and a Henry rifle (357 Magnum)

Didn't work for me. The cut off seemed to be around 1500fps in a .35 caliber rifle

Didn't work for me either in .308 Winchester. Gas checked powder coated boolits always shot better groups than powder coated without the gas check applied.

I was and have been shooting to 2100 in my 350 Legend for some
Months now.

I completely clean bbl before every ladder test. Using various styles and weights of bullets. Mostly all AC COWW alloy. From high 1800's almsot to 2100 fps.

Yesterday was my very first leading I ever found. This is... It was after shooting SUBSONICS!! So go figure!?!?!?

I have run 2000fps with PC/PB in my 6.8 with decent 100y accuracy, under 3". I need to play with the alloy more, I think it needs to be harder.
