    Russian “Twister” slug. Nasty.

Broke this bad boy in this evening. I got four center cores for it making it a 3, 4, 5, or 6 segmented slug.

    Nasty. Nasty. Nasty.

Are those segmented slugs rated for Zombies?

    Leon,

I'm a dummy, I thought the segments were meant to separate from the core. Looks like you have a large bore, lead Barnes Expander boolit.

I like that the slug stay together. Probably more deadly that way - especially for larger hogs. A harder alloy will no doubt have segments brake off and produce "secondary projectiles".

That is one interesting slug. Is that for a 12 ga you got there? Do they make it for 10ga?
