How does one get an NRA side image under your name?
Like Nave Member, etc...

Go to the "Welcome" box at the top right of the page. Click the down arrow to the right of your user name. Click "User CP". Now look along the left side of the page for "Permission Groups". Click "Permission Groups" and click the radio button on the right of NRA to join the group. Finally, click the "Join Group" at the bottom of the list.

My description may be a little off, but it should get you close enough.
