I received this a few days ago and finished it yesterday. It has some tips to wring that last bit of performance out if cast bullets, either velocity wise or hunting, or both. Many of the things in it were repeated from the book Jacketed Performance With Cast bullets by Veral Smith. That said, there is still some good info to be gleaned and it's well worth the 15.00 shipped. It's for the more advanced bullet caster but certainly useful for a beginner.
