    Great customer service at magma

I went out to magma and they showed me how to adjust my master Castor. I am the type a person that learns by seeing. I just wanted 2 give a thumbs up to them.

When I was commercial casting and running 3 Magma Bullet Masters I always had great customer service from Magma.

I was just impressed it was like stepping back in time to the 50s and the service you got at most places.

Sadly they are a bit far away for me to drive and see them, but they have been awesome over email, i get parts the same week as i order them, even all the way over the pond.

Happy to keep buying from them

Years back when I first got my Star Lubesizer I stopped by when I was heading up to Phoenix to get some sizers for it. They didn't have a .224" so they made me one up on the spot. It was cool, I got to go in the back and watch as the guy finished honed it for me.

I have a Star Sizer that i struggled with for many months after I bought it.
Never could get it to work right.
After many calls and many swear words and many frustrating efforts later, they finally said "...box it up and send it to us. We'll fix it"
Well it turned out that there was a bad part they replaced at no charge and shipped it back.
That was probably 20 years ago and many tens of thousands of bullets later.
There really is no better tool for sizing.
