What does drill windage adjustment mean?

I bought a new Canik TP9SFX. I ran it yesterday. Just plinking at cans. I want to bench rest shoot it. And tweak the zero. It says in the rear sight adjustment drill windage ajustment. Im confused. Do i need a drill ? It has a hex screw in the center of the sight. Thanks Al.

Pretty sure they mean drift as in use a brass punch to drift the sight left or right after loosing the center Allen screw. Tighten the screw back up when it's where you want the sight to be.

My cousin has a Canik 9mm with a Vortex sight and it is a great shooter. Very easy to hit with.

My 1st Canik product was a Tri-star C-100. I like it a lot. Then i bought a TP9SF. It blew me away on how it performed. The trigger is real nice and accuracy is awesome. It prompted me to go the next step up. The trigger on my new one is not as good as the TP9SF. But i think it will improve as i break it in. The SF and C-100 were used when i bought them.
