That would be a LEE ?
That is the only "just priming tool" I know of that had screw in shell holders made in the 60s. The other screw in holder tools were presses

I have what I think is one of those, shell holder is marked C and it unscrews
The "C" shell holder is for the 30-30, 25-35,219 Zipper, and the 32 Win.. james
I never use this and it is for large primer , if you want it let me know $10 + shipping
