The wife fried some thin sliced and breaded chicken breast, boned off, and some zucchini cakes, she makes out of zucs she runs thru the food processor, the adds flour, egg and some garlic salt. Fried them and the chicken in half bacon grease/bear lard. Also had some coleslaw she made from cabbage out of the garden. Everything we had, came off our farm, and it is 10x better than the processed stuff you get out of the store.
