Multi step process forming 221 Falcon brass. First round failed miserably with major neck splits using W231 and cornmeal, but I think the brass was old and had many firings. Cornmeal left the crusty residue inside the necks. Tried again with other brass and included an annealing step.
I made some step bushings on the lathe to neck down the 30-30 in two steps, then final sized with the 221 Falcon die. Loaded at the starting load IMR 4064 and fire formed.
