Born and raised in PA. Left as soon as I finished high school. Lived in NH, Delaware, upstate NY, WA, CO, and Alaska. We loved Alaska the most and stayed there almost 35 years. Moved to TN over 4 years ago and it is now our forever home.
The only place we truly hated was the 2.5 years we lived in Colorado. We couldn't wait to move out.

Grew up in Missery when i got out of the service i decided i no longer could handle the rednecks so i moved to montana now its filling up here with nazis from Washington and California wish they would go back to the Nanny states if there going to bring their troubles here cause i have nowhere else to go besides alaska and i cant afford that place

Oklahoma is home. But I work all over the world. So it’s nice when I get home. Sites like this make me feel like I’m home.
Oklahoma might be good for you. It has been for me. Would have been better if I'd gotten some land out of town a ways, but I can't really complain. Cost of living is relatively low, particularly compared to SoCal where I mostly grew up. Talk Bookworm, too, he's lived here quite a while.
