So, it seems this year is one for the books....I killed a rabbit at the start of the summer with a shot to the head with a .22 round nose. It went limp, dropped.....then launched itself about 6 feet vertically and 12 feet out from where it had dropped. I think I may just go into hibernation till the spring.

That's simultaneously hilarious and frightening...I would get taken out by a squirrel, the poetic justice there is just...immense.

grab by the tail or two back legs whack it against a tree (or in your case and exposed stud or joist, or concrete floor). Whack it like your are trying to drive a nail in a piece of wood in one hit.

When I hunt the Squirrels (the tree kind ), I carry a spare tomahawk handle with me through the belt. Anything slightly suspicious after being shot gets a sound whack.

I lost my left frontal lobe in an accident. Said I had a walnut sized dead spot where it sits. Looked pretty wierd in the cat scan. Did a 180 personality wise for years. The VA doc said he couldn’t understand how I had more damage than all his other patients put together, yet only I was functional!
