    Dummy Primers

    Does anyone Know a Source for Dummy primers.. I am looking for The older Ones similar to The old action proving dummies.
    I know I can use spent Primer but I would Like to use authentic dummy
    At one time Winchester made Them. I can use Large rifle, Large Pistol

    If you can't find any you could deactivate some live ones.
    Soak them in water and scratch out the compound while wet.

    This sounds like a good plan. Probably cheaper than a specialty primer too.

    Maybe he means that's all you need to do. No anvil.
    Most of the tanks are gone and the windows don't rattle anymore. I won't be able to sleep now.
