Get a can of spray air you use on computer keyboards, ect. and turn it upside down and spray. IIRC, you will get the liquid propellant coming out. Be real careful if you use a tap.
You could remove the barrel and plug the bore ahead of the chamber and pour a bit of hot lead in the chamber, let cool a bit, then knock out the remains with a brass rod.

Soak it in Hoppes9, it will start to eat the brass, let it sit a couple of days

I am a bit reluctant to try the super glue method. I think will try the HOPPES first.

I have Cerrosafe on the way as well. It should be here Tuesday.

Regarding the ammo that failed: I had shot the rifle previously but it had a problem properly ejecting fairly regularly and it crushes the brass when that happens. I went to the range to try a new optic and try to produce some crushed brass to send along with the rifle for warranty repair.

It was the first round fired that day and it was factory ammo. I hope that clarifies a bit.

Unfortunately I lost the case head on the way home

This one says it 134a so auto AC can may be cheaper and simple to find. Do have to get a tapper though.
    Whatever!

    That is the stuff...

I have auto refrigerant and fill hose. I wonder how that may play?

What about a really sturdy one piece cleaning rod, a bore guide and a 45 caliber bronze rifle brush. Insert rod from muzzle, screw on brush in chamber area and pull into chamber flush rear then stop. Probably something other than your hand (rubber mallet) to contact end of rod for smacking the urine out of it.
