    I believe that the carbon is actually the PC coating. I didn't bake them long enough for the PC to cure correctly. The fouling that is left is a real pain to clean out. I am pulling the rest of that batch, about 400. Slow process

    Powder is 4.5 gr of Unique, CCI small pistol primer. Mixed bag of brass.

    I didn't bake them long enough the first time. Rebaking them did not help either. I do use a oven thermometer
    Big Bore = 45+

    All the PC I've used will correctly cure even baked a second time. It's a chemical linking of molecules at proper temp and once linked, only burning will unlink.
